Verifying That a Duplicate Order Has Been Placed
You will receive e-mail confirmations when you place your order,
and again when the order ships. When an order placement and
a shipment are close together, it may be easy to mistake the
e-mails for confirmations of duplicate orders. To see if you
have duplicate orders, please check your list of recent orders
in "My Account". If you have not setup an account,
please contact
us.
Why Do I Have a Duplicate Order?
Duplicate orders are sometimes inadvertently placed. Please
be aware that you are actually placing an order when you click
the button marked "Submit Your Payment". A confirmation
e-mail will then be sent immediately. However, you may always
view your orders by clicking the "My Account" link.
Receive an Error While Ordering?
Duplicate orders may also occur if you receive an error message
or our Web site times out while your order is being submitted,
it is still possible that the order went through. Please check
your account to see if the original order appears before attempting
to submit the same order again. See our "Problems
Placing an Order" Center for more help.
Canceling or Returning a Duplicate Order
As long as none of the items have entered the shipping process,
you can cancel the duplicate order by clicking on "Customer
Service" at the top of most pages on our web site.
If any items in the order have already entered the shipping
process, you will not be able to cancel the shipment. However,
you can either refuse the duplicate shipment (if shipped by
UPS or USPS with Signature Required) or return it for a refund.
