Description
Chef's knife With 8" Blade. Al Mar has imported some of the finest kitchen cutlery produced in Japan. They offer a series of Chef's knives and each has a mirror polished rolled edge. The steel used is laminated with a very hard VG-2 stainless core offering outstanding edge retention. They are full tang knives (meaning the steel from the blade extends to the end of the handle) and have a fully forged bolster. The handles are a very dark Micarta.
