All of our shipments are considered first priority.
Average shipping and delivery time is currently 12-19 days.
However, in some cases it may take up to 30 days for out-of-stock
items, holiday rushes and non-us shipping destinations.

Shipment
Delays
Many of our products are manufactured from natural
materials and are made by hand. From time to time, an item
may be temporarily out-of-stock because of our vendor's inability
to get materials, problems with tooling, or other delays inherent
in our industry. We understand our customers' frustrations
when our inventory is temporarily sold out, requiring that
our Purchasing Department order additional inventory.
If you do not wish to wait due to a delay or
backorder, you may request a cancellation for your order,
provided that the item(s) has not already shipped. If we do
not hear from you before we ship the items, we will assume
you have agreed to the shipment delay.
If we cannot deliver your item(s) within 30
days of the order date, delay notice or backorder notification
(whichever is greater), a cancellation will be processed automatically
and you will receive a prompt refund for any unshipped portion
of your order. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the
refund credit to appear on your credit card statement. [Top]
International
Shipments
We are happy to ship orders to most countries
outside the United States. You will be notified by email with
the exact shipping charge after your order has been placed.
If we do not hear back from you within 5 business days confirming
the new shipping fee, we will assume you agree to the new
shipping fee and proceed with your order.
We ship all international orders by "Airmail
Parcel Post" which usually takes 4-10 business days from
the time of shipment. If you want to track the delivery of
your order, you need to request we ship your order "Global
Express Mail". Additional shipping fees apply.
It is the responsibility of the customer to
ensure items being ordered are legal and acceptable for import.
International customers are responsible for all taxes, duties
and fees required by their customs services. eKnifeStore.com
is not responsible for orders delayed or refused by their
